All materials, content, and code created by Big Fish SEO Consulting remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables (such as website files or strategy documents) is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

We may recommend or integrate third-party platforms or tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Squarespace, WordPress, Netlify). We are not responsible for the terms, functionality, or availability of third-party services.
